Spoiler Alert: We treat our customers and suppliers fairly. We want you to love your Modern Amp. These guidelines help make sure that happens.

All charges are in Canadian dollars. Don’t live in Canada? Check currency conversion fees before you buy a Modern Amp. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars.
Payment
We only accept credit cards.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, but our amps are 120 volt and use North American plugs.
Duty and Taxes
For shipments outside of Canada or the US, we do not pay duty (e.g. If you live in the UK, you’ll get a bill for the VAT).
Shipping
Shipping is free in all 10 Canadian provinces and the lower 48 US States. We can ship elsewhere, but it’ll cost you extra. We use a tracking number and require a signature.
Refunds
Don’t like the amp? Contact us to arrange a refund. But remember, currency conversion charges are your responsibility. Here’s the deal:
We cannot issue a refund until we receive the amp and confirm its condition. Pack it really well. Buy insurance. Get a tracking number. Lift with your knees.
Damaged in Transit
Let us know immediately if any part of the amp appears to be damaged by the carrier. Note any damage on the carrier’s receipt. Sign your name “Damaged upon receipt” if they give you a hard time. Don’t open the box until you take pictures. If the product has been damaged, you must file a claim, but we can help you with the process.
DOA
If nothing happens when you plug your guitar into our amp, contact us immediately. We’ll run a few trouble-shooting tests. If those don’t work, we’ll arrange a replacement. But! The amp cannot have user damage and must be sent back in its original packaging. We’ll arrange an exchange using the return process above. Once we receive and inspect the amp, we’ll refund your shipping, provided the defect is our fault.
